1. Treadmill interval runs and walks

Most people waste their time either jogging or walking on the treadmill. This steady-state cardio does nothing. Sure, it helps, but the results are poor compared to the amount of time and effort put into them. Just make a small adjustment and your weight loss will SKYROCKET.

That adjustment is to incline the treadmill slightly and move back and forth between normal walking and fast runs. Walk for 45-50 seconds and then do a quick 10 seconds fast run. You'll get the hang of it with the manual buttons. Just aim for something along those lines. You don't have to be 100% precise.

If you were to do this for 20 minutes, you'll turn your body into a fat loss burning machine. AND... this is even with the fact that you only ran about 20 times for 10 seconds... a total of 200 seconds running (just over 3 minutes).

2. Jumping rope

Ok, for women reading this. I get it, this is something you really don't consider a "girl exercise". Look past that notion. Jumping rope is awesome for fat loss and firming your thighs. All i want you to do is jump rope 5 minutes a day, 6 days a week. You don't need to be a pro at this either.

Jump rope for a minute and stop. Do it during tv commercials. You DON'T have to do all 5 minutes non-stop.

Listen, I made this pretty basic for you. Weight loss isn't as complicated as people make it out to be. Do that 1 exercise when you're in the gym and jump rope just about everyday while your at home. SIMPLE.
